What we collect

Account information you provide (name, email, phone), the business data you enter (clients, jobs, invoices), and basic technical logs necessary to operate the service (IP address, browser, request timestamps).

How we use it

To run FieldHero for your business, to keep it secure, to answer your support questions, and to improve the product. We do not sell your data.

Where it lives

Your business data is stored in a Postgres database managed by you or by us on your behalf. Row-level security enforces tenant isolation — one shop cannot read another shop's data.

Who can see it

Users you invite into your tenant, scoped by their role. FieldHero staff access customer data only when required for support, and only with your permission.

Subprocessors

We use standard hosting and email delivery providers to run the service. A current list is available on request from privacy@fieldhero.us.

Your rights

You can access, export, correct, or delete your business data at any time. Send requests to privacy@fieldhero.us.

SMS / Text messaging

With your consent, we send service-related text messages: account notifications, appointment reminders, technician updates, estimates, invoices, payment confirmations, and customer support replies. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Cookies

We use cookies necessary for authentication and to remember your session. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

Security

We use industry-standard practices: encryption in transit, isolated tenants, least-privilege access, and audit logging on core records. Report a security concern to security@fieldhero.us.

We will update this page when the app's practices change. The version date below reflects the latest revision.
