Terms of service for using FieldHero.
The service
FieldHero provides field service operations software. We provide it as-is and continuously improve it. We may add or change features over time.
Your account
You are responsible for the accounts you create, the users you invite, and keeping credentials secure. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for using the service in compliance with applicable law.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to break the service, access other tenants' data, reverse engineer, or use FieldHero for anything illegal. We may suspend accounts that do.
Fees
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, per seat, based on the plan you choose. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Your data
You own the business data you put into FieldHero. You grant us the rights necessary to operate the service on your behalf. You can export or delete your data at any time.
Termination
You may cancel any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms, with reasonable notice where possible. On termination, you may export your data for 30 days.
Warranties & liability
FieldHero is provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding twelve months.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
